One night while protecting and serving, Keith's co-worker observed a young lady walking with her friend. As the 2 young ladies got into their vehicle and drove off, suddenly a car with flashing lights forced them to pull over. As Keith's co-worker flashed a toothy grin at Candice's friend, he asked her to step out of the vehicle for a more private conversation. Disgusted by the sheer waste of taxpayer money, Candice waited patiently for her friend to finish her conversation with Keith's co-worker. As she waited... and waited... and waited... Keith approached her side of the vehicle and began small talk. Their initial conversation was filled with his heroic crime fighting tales and what really happens in their city when the sun sets. In an effort to give their "friends" the time they needed to make a Chuck Woolery "Love Connection", Candice and Keith started a connection of their own.
Both thought that the other would make a great friend, as they seemed to get along swell. After months of stimulating conversation and developing a friendship, Keith finally decided to ask Candice out on a date. Candice was both shocked and amazed, but after promising her the time of her life, she eagerly agreed. That was several years ago.... Since that day the 2 have been inseparable. Together they enjoy traveling, DIY projects,...traveling, spending time with family and friends,...traveling, sharing Keith's hobby of Drag Racing and Candice's hobby of shopping and of course... more traveling.
Although Candice and Keith are most excited about spending the rest of their lives together, they are also looking forward to blending their families (Ryenn, Ayanna, and Malani). |
