Payment:
A US$ 400.00 deposit per room is due in order to issue a group code. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
**** Please note if payment is not received on the scheduled due date the room is subject to auto cancel with no notification. Also when booking any additional rooms please make sure to include the Group Code . ****
Cancellation:
If notice is received 31 days prior to arrival, No Penalty.
If notice is received 30 – 15 days prior to arrival, 50% penalty (plus applicable airline fees)
If notice is received 14 – 0 days prior to arrival including no show rooms are in 100% penalty.
Please note Beaches Resorts guests do not have exchange privileges with Sandals Resorts. However, Sandals Resorts guests do have exchange privileges with Beaches Resorts, transfers between Sandals & Beaches are NOT included.
All reservations are subject to space availability, current promotional rates, and black out dates at time of booking. Beaches and Sandals Resorts have a 3 night minimum stay.
60 days prior to your arrival date we will verify the number of bookings for your group, if 05 rooms or more are confirmed, the Wedding Department will be advised. The Wedding Consultant will contact the Bride to schedule the Wedding Group Functions.
SHUTTLE TO AND FROM AIRPORT
You will be arriving in Montego Bay, Jamaica
Trip to Ocho Rios Resort is about 1hr and 45minutes
There is a shuttle that will take you to and from the resort at NO COST
For those booking airfare through beaches.com they will set up the shuttle with you at the time of booking.
And for those who are booking airefare seperately, you must call the resort with your travel information prior to stay to set up the pick up time from the airport. AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR TRAVEL INFORMATION, CALL THE RESORT AND SET UP SHUTTLE!
