On Saturday, March 26 of 2016, Tulio told me to get dressed up and then meet him oustide our apartment.  I walked out of the apartment to find Tulio waiting with roses in hand, standing next to a stretch limo! We were driven to Ruth's Chris, a premier steakhouse here in Louisville, and had a delightful dinner. Afterwards, we took a walk out on the terrace, overlooking Louisville. That is where he got down on one knee and proposed with the ring I had been long awaiting!
