Tommy and I met when I was in high school. We reconnected in 2013. He has been a constant man in my life as well as my childrens. We now together have 5 children, Brenden, Calub, Zoey, Gavin and Gracee. We are moving forward to making this family whole.

The engagment:

I had been waiting months for my ring and anyone who truly knows me, I can be quiet impaitent. I searched the house through I was a mess just htinking of the day to come and hopfully soon. I had the weekend off and I was sure it was going to happen but nothing. the following week on October 1, 2014 I got home from work around 9pm. I got ready for bed, Tommy had already had the kids in bed and I asked him if I had been a good girl. Earlier that month he said if I was good maybe I'd get my ring. When I came into the bedroom there was a ring box. I was sure it was empty so I said I'm not even looking in it there is nothing going to be in it. I don't know if I was frusterated because he was teasing me or if I was scared because there could be something in the box. We went outdoors for a bit and as we were sitting there he kept staring at me. He said you do it to me all the time, which is true but soemthing felt a little fishy. I could feel something coming and I was getting so nervious that I  couldn't think. ... and that was the start to our engagment. ... I GOT MY RING!!!
