Kristina and Rich planned a weekend getaway to Asbury Park, New Jersey to visit Kristina's family. A few days prior to leaving for the weekend Kristina stated to Rich that maybe they should stay home and save the money because, the weather was not looking very promising. Rich was very persistent that they were in desperate need of a vacation. Kristina and Rich left after work on Friday and began traveling to New Jersey to stay with her cousin Joey and his wife Tara. Upon arrival Rich and Kristina unloaded their things and waited for her cousin Brittni to arrive to her hotel. Rich and Kristina headed to the boardwalk and decided to have a drink on the beach at a bar they visited after Joey and Tara's wedding. The weather was beautiful, the atmosphere was perfect, and the company surrounding Kristina and Rich was great. Kristina, Rich, family, and friends hung out on the beach enjoying music, adult beverages, and family fun. Rich seemed very eager to take a walk on the rocks aligning the ocean but, Kristina was enjoying seeing the family she isn't always able to spend time with. Finally, Kristina gave in and went for a walk but, of course invited EVERYONE to join them. Kristina turned around to see Rich on one knee and thought she was living a daydream. Kristina of course said yes and was so happy she immediately began texting her closest friends!
