As most of you already know, we got engaged on my (Sarah's) birthday this past March. It was a long time coming, except no one saw it coming at all... ESPECIALLY me! Travis did a really great job planning and organizing my very first trip to Colorado.

Given the circumstances around us first meeting (snowboarding), the location and meaning behind it were perfect. Per usual, I didn't make the task an easy one. My daily indeciveness about whether to snowboard that day or not put a wrench in Travis's original plans for the proposal... Needless to say, he was able to improvise and pop the question before we crossed over the Colorado border to start the trek back East. And, we all know I said "YES!".
