Celeste & Alfred (Al) met on the dating site called Bumble!
Turns out Celeste was the "Bee" to Al's "Honey" LOL
After having coffee at her favorite coffee shop Bon Vivant in Atwater Village near Silverlake, California, Al walked her to her car and sniffed her hair...he was smitten!
The rest was history and many days and nights of jazz shows, cooking together, holiday gatherings, European vacations, local stay-cations and introductions to friends and family near and far ensued.
Celeste adores Valentine's Day and for the last three years she and Al have spent the heart-felt weekend at the Surfrider boutique hotel in Malibu...
But Valentine's Day Malibu 2024 was special!
Al surprised Celeste with three dozen red roses and her favorite champagne in their hotel room, and they had a gourmet feast at the local's hideaway restaurant "Lucky's" Malibu. After desert and sweet nothings conversation, Al got up the nerve to make his move:
"You make me the happiest guy...Will you love me forever and ever...
Will you MARRY ME," asked Al?
They both got LUCKY at Lucky's!!!
The beginning of forever for us--we believe in LOVE, and love is special and amazing at ANY age!
