Will I need a valid passport to travel to Turks and Caicos? 

Yes, all travelers entering Turks and Caicos will need a valid US passport (including children).

 

Are there any COVID-19 restrictions or considerations? 

No! As of April 1, 2023 there will no longer be any need to provide proof of vaccination. There will no longer be any covid restrictions of any kind. 

Are children welcomed? 

Absolutely! The Beaches resort is family-friendly with many activities available for children. Fyonna and Matthew love kids and would love to have your children present on their special day. 

 

What is included in our stay at Beaches Turks and Caicos? 

Just about everything! Unlimited dining at 21 Restaurants, Exclusive Robert Mondavi Twin Oaks® Wines, Unlimited Premium Liquors, Up to 15 Bars per Resort, Entertainment Day & Night, Kids Programs with Certified Nannies.

 

Is airport transfer covered through the resort? 

Yes! Beaches offers free non-stop round-trip airport transportation. Please contact Chantelle to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times. 

 

What dates should I book my travel to ensure I can attend all wedding events? 

It is required to book a minimum of 3 nights at the resort and it is recommended to book your arrival at least 1 day prior to the wedding in the case of any travel complications. If you are staying 3 nights, then it is suggested to book your stay from 5/23/24 - 5/26/24. You can however stay longer than 3 nights if you wish. Fyonna and Matthew will be staying at the resort from 5/21/24 - 5/28/24.  

 

Do I have to stay at the Beaches Resort?  

Yes, it is resort policy that all wedding guests must stay at the resort.

 

Can I bring a guest?  

Matt & Fyonna want everyone to have a blast and treat this as a vacation. If that means you would like to bring a friend or partner, that should be fine! Send the bride or groom a text if you want to chat more about it. 

 

What should I wear to the wedding?  

Google "Beach Semi Formal" or "Beach Formal wedding attire" for ideas. Please dress up!  It is a wedding after all.

 

What should I pack? 

General: ID, passport, credit card, phone charger, sunscreen, bug spray, sun glasses

Clothing: Your outfit for the wedding, elegant options for dining and night-time entertainment (dresses, dress shirts, jewelry etc.), plenty of casual beach wear (swimwear, sandals etc.)

 

When should I book my room? 

As soon as you know you will be joining us! Your booking is 100% refundable until Feb 14, 2024. Contact Chantelle to book your room. 

 

When is the last day to book my room? 

You must book your room by Feb 14, 2024 in order to be part of the wedding events as that is the day the final head count must be given to the resort wedding coordinator. 

 

Do I need to tip? 

Your resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion!
