Keep in mind that it will be outside in May with 80s as their average temps. Beachy dressy! Cute casual. No white.

We are in the Caribbean village. You can choose to stay here or the others.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL WHEN I BOOK MY STAY @ Beaches?
NO! You are welcomed and encouraged to secure your spot early (as I was told this resort can sell out fast) ASAP. You can opt to make around a $400 deposit & then continue to make choose to pay as much or as little payments as long as it is paid in FULL by the 60 day mark. REMEBER- to use our code: WG23165869
WHAT ABOUT AIRFARE?
Beaches site will not allow you to book airfare more than 330 days in advance. HOWEVER, at the 10month mark in August/ September you can call

You do NOT have to book through Beaches to get airport transit Because, you are a beaches resort guest you WILL have free round trip airport travel to/from the resort & airport. Even if you book air without Beaches.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN/ OUT?
Check-in is at 3:00p.m. If you arrive before check-in, they'll hold your luggage so you can begin your vacation right away. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your flight departs later, you can leave your luggage with them and spend as much time as possible beside the sea, soaking up the sun.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY ?
There are exchange bureaus at Beaches Turks & Caicos. The U.S. Dollar is the legal tender in Turks & Caicos. Most merchants do accept traveler's cheques and major credit cards, i.e. VISA®, MasterCard® and American Express®. Cash is not accepted at their giftshops, but they do accept all major credit cards as well as traveler's cheques.
I SAW SUBADIVING, IS IT *really* INCLUDED?
YES..Top-of-the-line equipment for scuba diving is included; however, you're welcome to bring your own. You must remember your diver certification cards to enjoy full diving privileges. If you have any contra-indications to diving you must have a doctor complete, sign and affix stamp/seal the physician section on the medical questionnaire form before you will be allowed to dive at any of our resorts.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
RESORT CASUAL:
Shorts or jeans, t–shirts or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required.
RESORT EVENING:
Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts (with or without collar). Dress shoes or sandals. No shorts, t–shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats nor caps.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK MY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STILL ATTEND YOUR WEDDING?
MAYBE! To make this possible, we have to have 80% of our guests booked at Beaches. Then, guests who book else where will have the option to buy a guest pass for the wedding or for the full day of the wedding. If this becomes an option, I will let it be known and give out details regarding the alternatives. But, until we have a better idea of how many attendees.. it is not an option as of now.
