Logistics/Travel Information:
How do I make my resort reservation?
-Contact our travel agent, Jessica Carey, at (732)7790268 via text/call to book your stay.
Please only utilize Jessica for your reservation as that is how we keep an accurate attendance count for our wedding. It MUST be done under the booking code she'll utilize.
How soon should I make my resort reservation?
-Jessica is ready to book your stay now! She'll provide quotes for you to choose from. We recommend booking your stay by January 2025.
What information do I need to provide to the travel agent?
-Upon booking, provide Jessica with the dates of your stay, full names of all guests, and birthdates.
Is payment due upon booking with the travel agent?
-A minimum deposit is required upon booking, and full payment is due 60 days before travel. Inquire about payment plans with the travel agent.
What airport do I arrive into?
-The recommended airport is Sangster International Airport (MBJ), located 54 miles from Ocho Rios, Jamaica, approximately a 1.5-hour drive. For guests staying at Beaches Ocho Rios Resort, transportation is provided by the resort.
When should you travel?
-The wedding ceremony is on May 25th at 4 pm. You can arrive as early as you like, with a minimum 3-night stay at Beaches Resort. The wedding party will be arriving on Friday, May 23rd.
Is passport required?
-Yes, a passport is required to travel to Jamaica. Allow 6-8 weeks for a new passport application. Ensure your current passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
What if I don't have kids attending?
-An Adult only resort is also available( Sandals resorts are sister resorts to Beaches.) & can be utilized as well to still be able to attend our wedding at Beaches. Our travel agent will be more than happy to accommodate you with your reservation.

What is the dress code?
-Beach casual attire is recommended, such as sundresses, polo shirts, slacks, or shorts.
Are kids welcome?
- Absolutely, Beaches Resort offers plenty of kids' activities and entertainment.
How do we RSVP?
-RSVP on this wedding website to stay informed about any changes to our wedding festivities. Please do not RSVP until your reservation is booked.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
-Your presence on our special day is the greatest present we could ask for. We appreciate the effort involved in joining us for our wedding, so please, no gifts. If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 60 W. 1st Street Coal City,IL 60416
Does resort accommodate Food allergies?
-Yes, Please put any food allergies in the comment section of your RSVP
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
-Upon arrival at the resort, you will receive a wedding itinerary with all the details.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
-Please refrain from posting pictures of the bride and groom on social media. Allow us to share pictures of our special day when we are ready.
