Will there be transportation from airport to/from resort?

If you book through Premier Worldwide Vacation (Valerie Cossett) for resort rooms and flights, then transportation to and from the resort will be included. Please contact Valerie Gossett at valerie@journeywithus.info or 904.710.9170 to make reservations for resort rooms and flights.

Is there a dress code for the events?

For the Welcome Celebration Cocktail Hour and Dinner on Saturday, please dress casually cute/handsome.  For the Rum and Game Night on Sunday, please dress relaxed as we will have fun in the sun. For the wedding, all guests are asked to wear soft pastels excluding white and pink.

What is the temperature in Turks & Caicos in June?

The average weather is tranquil and hot.

Do I need a passport to travel to Turks & Caicos?

Yes.  Valid passports with at least 6 months expiry (expiration has to be beyond January 2025) are required for travel.

Can I pay for my room and flight over time?  

Yes.  A small deposit will be due for each person at the time of your reservation.  After that, you can pay over time until the bill is paid in full.  Please contact Valerie Gossett at valerie@journeywithus.info or 904.710.9170 to make reservations for resort rooms and flights.

When is the final payment due for my reservation and flight?

Final payment is due by March 20, 2024.

Can I stay anywhere on the resort?

Yes.  Beaches Turks & Caicos has 4 villas (Italy, France, the Caribbean and Key West) that you can choose from. 

Is this an all-inclusive resort?

Yes. Beaches Turks & Caicos has 4 villas (Italy, France, the Caribbean and Key West), a 45,000 square-foot waterpark, 21 gourmet restaurants, a 12-mile beach lapped by clear turquoise waters, and 10 impressive pools.
