*Are there any recommended flight times? Morning flights are preferred.
*Will there be transportation provided from the airport to the hotel? Yes, Beaches Resort will provide transportation to and from the airport.
*What is the weather forecast for that time of year?In July, Turks and Caicos experience hot, humid weather with average high temperatures around 87°F .
Accommodations:
*Are meals and drinks included in the resort stay? Beaches is an all-inclusive resort, where food and drinks are included!
Wedding Details:
*What is the schedule of events (welcome party, wedding, brunch, etc.)? Join us for a Welcome Party on Friday at 4:00 PM, followed by the Rehearsal Dinner at 7:00 PM. The main event, the wedding ceremony, will be held on Saturday at 5:00 PM, followed by a Cocktail Hour at 6:00 PM and the Reception at 7:00 PM.
*What is the dress code for each event? The Welcome Pool Party will feature shades of pink and mint, while the Wedding will be a classic white.
*Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors? The wedding ceremony will be held on the beach.
*What are the meal options?The reception will feature a delightful buffet-style dinner, offering a variety of culinary choices for your enjoyment.
*Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? Yes, dietary restrictions that can be accommodated.
*Are plus ones allowed? Yes, plus ones are allowed.
*How can I RSVP and by what date? Kindly RSVP through our wedding website or by returning the RSVP card included with your formal invitation by April 26, 2025.

Exciting activities and excursions are available, including a romantic Love Buggy Island Tour with lunch, a serene Mangrove Clear Kayak Tour, an adrenaline-pumping Providenciales Off-road ATV Adventure, a unique Clear Kayak Photoshoot, and exhilarating Jet Skiing trips around the historic La Famille ship and secluded pristine cays, among numerous other options.
*Are there any snorkeling or diving opportunities? Yes, snorkeling or diving opportunities are available on and off the resort.

Additional amenities include, The Play Lounge, the Resort Arcade, and engaging beach games. Kids can also enjoy a wide range of water sports, dive-in movies, and competitive pool Olympics. For teenagers, Club Liquid offers a dedicated scene from 10 PM to 11 PM. For parents seeking a more exclusive experience, private childcare services are available for an additional fee.
