When should we get there?
We will be staying from January 8-15. Everyone is welcome to stay for as long or as short as they would like! Events will be Friday and Saturday.
Is there a dress code?
We recommend beach semi-formal. Please keep in mind that the wedding will be on the sand followed by a reception.
Dress comfortably yet elegant! Suggestions for men include khaki, linen, or seersucker pants, a button-down, and/or a sports coat. Suggestions for women include cocktail or longer-length dresses. We ask that you not wear swimwear or jeans.
Are there reserved rooms to book?
You can book any room that is available on the website however please use our group code when booking: WG23166588
Do we have to stay on site?
Yes
What is the weather like?
Warm and not snowing, so bring a bathing suit! In the evenings, it is typically mid 70s.
When should we RSVP?
All guests must book their room by 11/01/2024 in order to make the necessary preparations. Please submit your response on the RSVP section of this site, being sure to accurately note everyone in your party.
Are the kids invited?
We are excitied to celebrate with the whole family! However if Mom and Dad want to sneak away, we won't tell anyone.
Is there a registry?
The most special part of this day would be having you at the wedding! Because of this, we have opted to not have a registry. If you still insist on an additional gift for the occasion, a contribution towards ou next chapter and upcoming move would be sincerely appreciated!
What if we cannot come?
While we understand that the distance may pose challenges for some, please know that our hearts are with each and every one of you. We sincerely apologize to those who are unable to make the journey, and although we will miss you, we carry you in our thoughts and hearts as we embark on this new chapter.
Your love and support mean the world to us, and we hope to celebrate with you in spirit. For those who can join us, let's create unforgettable memories together away from the midwest winter!
