PASSPORTS

Don't forget your passport! Please also double check and make sure your passport does not expire 6 months before November 16th 2025 as you will not be permitted to travel. Make sure you allow at least 3 months for your passport to arrive.

WHERE DO I BOOK MY STAY?

We do have a travel agent Sandra Trevino (210)-601-5984. You can book your stay and flights with Sandra, any resort questions please refer back to Sandra. Flights will become available in March 2025.

 

WHEN CAN I BOOK MY STAY?

Please book your stay as soon as you can, we do have room block but you do need to pay a deposit to secure it then pay remaining balance in payments balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival, please refer back to Sandra.

 

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us!

Ladies: Mid-length or full length dresses, something flowy and colorful

*the ceremony will be outside as well as the reception*

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

To help us and our wedding planner, we ask that you kindly, RSVP by September 1, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP. by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no". We hope you understand!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

unfortunately, we cannot accomadte additional guests ourside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Our ceremony will be "unplugged", meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and will be videotaping the whole ceremony and are more than happy to share those photos and videos with you afterwards. At the reception, however we encourage everyone to take photos and to please share those with us as you're able!

CAN I BRING MY KID?

We love your little ones! However due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding weekend an adults only event. Refer to Sandra if you have any other questions on this.
