HOW & WHEN DO I RSVP?

We invite you to RSVP on this very website! Click the "RSVP" Button at the top of the page. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by August 01, 2025!

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE IN JAMAICA?

Daily high temperatures are around 83 Degrees Fahrenheit, rarely below 80 Degrees Fahrenheit! It can also be quite humid!

We recommend you bring lots of sunscreen and drink lots of water!!

Also, be sure to check the weather before packing when it gets closer to your travel date!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR MY CHILD(REN)?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

HOW DO I BOOK FOR YOUR WEDDING?

We made that part easy for you! For booking arrangements - we ask that you call our Travel Agent Margaret at 715-394-5541! She will be able to assist with airfare and rooms at Beaches Negril! 

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT BEACHES NEGRIL?

Yes and No! We carefully selected this resort with the intention of having everyone stay there for our wedding celebration! However, there is an alternative that you could look at and would still count as being a part of the wedding celebration. You do have the option of staying at Sandals - Negril (Adult Only All Inclusive). Margaret will be able to provide you will the wedding group code to ensure that you are still counted as a part of the wedding.

ARE WE GOING TO SPEND EVERY SECOND TOGETHER?

No!! This is also meant to be a vacation for you!!

You are not expected to spend every second with us! Naturally, we expect you at the wedding and some of our pre-wedding celebrations! There will be opportunities for you to get out and about if you would like to do any excursions outside of the resort!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?

At a semi-formal event, there’s no need for a full-length gown or even a suit and tie. 

A knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress is semi-formal perfection! A button-down shirt with dress pants, with or without a tie, also meets the formality of the semi-formal dress code.  

Though a suit jacket isn’t required, you can top off your pants and shirt with a sport coat or blazer for a more polished look. However, if it’s a sweltering hot day in a tropical climate, we recommend leaving the jacket at home or in the hotel.

Semi-formal allows for a lot of flexibility. So you can enhance your look by adding fun, playful touches with tropical accents and beach-inspired accessories!

WHAT COLORS SHOULD I AVOID WEARING?

White, especially a white dress :)

ANY OTHER SPECIAL ATTIRE NOTES WE SHOULD KNOW?

Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the cocktail hour will be outside, you might want to bring a jacket or wrap. We also will be on the beach for the ceremony and reception so do not feel obligated to wear closed-toe shoes!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AT THE WEDDING?

We have paid for professional photographers and videographers to capture how the ceremony looks. We have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY MEAL FOR THE WEDDING RECEPTION?

We carefully pre-selected a variety of meal options for our guests! If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate that in your RSVP.

WILL THERE BE DANCING / ENTERTAINMENT?

Um, you've met us, right? Of course there will be dancing! We expect you to bring your moves. 

DO YOU HAVE A SONG REQUEST FOR OUR RECEPTION?

Email reder.fruehauf.wedding@gmail.com so we can add that to our wedding playlist!!

ARE YOU ACCEPTING GIFTS OR REGISTERED ANYWHERE?

You coming is the biggest gift we can ask for!! However, if you do wish to celebrate with a gift, a contribution towards our wishing well would be much appreciated!!
