We sure do hope you can make it to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and honor us with your presence at our wedding. We understand this is a long way to travel, but we hope that the island will entice you and that you can enjoy both our wedding and a mini vacation as well! Beaches is always offering special rates and deals, so we guarantee you can book a GREAT package to our wedding with them.


To book your stay, you can visit Beaches online at www.beaches.com or call them directly at 1-888-232-2437. Please make sure you add our wedding group code or tell them on the phone. Wedding group code: WG15092842. Note that Beaches does not do "room blocks" or special discounts, but they are always offering deals and discounts for your stay (this is why we also recommend putting yoru $400 deposit down ASAP to get the deal and room that you would like).


In order to book your stay, a $400 deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining amount is not due until 45 days prior to arrival. You can make payments for your trip anytime after booking up to 45 days prior, via online or over the phone with Beaches.


Since you will be traveling outside to the United States, you will need to travel with a United States of America Passport. Please make sure you have a Passport and not a Passport Card, since you will be travleing by air and not by sea. If you do not have a Passport, you can apply for one at www.travel.state.gov. We do recommend going to get your pictures taken ASAP and starting the process, as it can take up to 6 weeks for your Passport to arrive in the mail. Passport pictures can be taken at a local Walgreens/CVS-pharmacies, FedEx/UPS-shipping centers, Walmart/Costco/Sams Club- retail or membership stores. Remember, DO NOT smile in your Passport pictures :-)


When traveling to Ocho Rios, Jamaica you will want to fly directly into Montego Bay, Jamaica. Southwest & Jet Blue fly directly to Monego Bay from Orlando and various locations in Florida. Once you arrive at the airport in Jamaica, Beaches will have a shuttle/bus to take you directly to the resort.
