Or
Choice 2: Grilled Snapper Fillet, basil beurre blanc, potato and zucchini pancake.
Reception Entrée:
Choice 1: Sugar Cane molasses glazed char grilled pork chop on creamed chorizo polenta, aged rum BBQ sauce and apple relish.
Or
Choice 2: Grilled pinwheel skewered shrimp on ginger mashed sweet potato with sake infused miso cream sauce.
