FAQs

Is there a dress code?

For the wedding, we encourage guests to join us in Beach Casual attire.  Ladies: Sundresses or Dressy Separates.  Gentlemen: Button-down or Polo Shirts and Khaki or Chino Pants.  Should you also choose, immerse yourself in the coastal beauty by dressing in colors inspired by the ocean, sand and sun.

Otherwise during your stay, the resort dress code is "Resort Casual" by day and "Resort Elegant" by night. So while the sun is up, your shorts, tank tops, swim suits, short-sleeved shirts, sundresses and light slacks are the perfect attire. As the sun sets and you set out to enjoy the evening, a more elevated attire may be required.

What airport should I fly into/from?

There are 3 airports you can use in Jamaica: MBJ, KIN & OCJ.  Make sure you check out the Travel section under the Wedding drop-down menu for more information.  Once you have your flight booked, call the resort and give them your flight details so they can plan for your complimentary arrival and departure transfer service accordingly.

Is there shuttle service between the airport and resort?

Yes!  Look for the Beaches lounge right outside the Immigration and Customs area. Your  transfers between the resort and airport will be arranged by Beaches and are complimentary, no matter which room category you book.  Make sure you call the resort to provide them with your flight details so they can plan for your arrival and departure transfer service accordingly.

One-way or round-trip private car service from the airport to Beaches Ocho Rios is available at an additional cost. Please contact theresort or your travel advisor to make prior arrangements.

What else should I know?

Make sure you check out the "Before You Arrive" section of the Beaches Ocho Rios website: <https://www.beaches.com/resorts/ocho-rios/travel-checklist/>
