Schedule of Events

We'll move the party to the Sky Terrace for a one-hour cocktail reception with passed hors d' oeuvres, and then a two-hour dinner reception complete with cake-cutting and cutting a rug! There will be a four-course dinner: (Please make sure you go to the RSVP section to let us know your Entree choice.) APPETIZER: Pan-Seared Ahi Tuna | Radish, carrot and fruit salad, baby greens, ginger-sesame vinaigrette, honey-soy glaze. SALAD: Mixed Baby Greens Salad | Sun-dried tomato, candied walnuts, wine-poached pear, goat cheese crouton, raspberry vinaigrette. ENTREE: Your choice of Charred Filet Mignon with Shrimp Hash or Chargrilled Chicken Breast with Garlic Marinated Shrimp (Please see RSVP page for more details and to submit your entree choice). DESSERT: Mango Coconut Verrine | Layered mousseline, crisp meringue, brandy cream.
